<p>Artificial intelligence continues itsconsistent movement toward rethinking familiar areas of human activity. This unique system, based on the practical application of “machine intelligence” algorithms, is becoming an integral part of social relations, requiring proper legal assessment—legal qualification. In this regard, ignoring the use of artificial intelligence in crimes, itsrole as an objective element as a means, tool, or method of committing a crime, seems completely unacceptable. Assessing the use of complex algorithms capable of learning and independent decision-making (completely outside of human control) is particularly relevant, assuch algorithms are already being used to achieve illegal goals: to carry outfraudulent operations (one of the most pressing problems of ensuring law and order and security in Russian society), to mass mailings of malicious, prohibited content, or even to autonomously control unmanned vehicles used as a weapon in terrorist attacks or sabotage. A correct legal assessment will ensure an appropriate level of lawenforcement, increase the efficiency of criminal proceedings, and also suggest ways to improve the current criminal law</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>искусственный интеллект объективная сторона преступления</kwd><kwd>машинный раз ум</kwd><kwd>алгоритм</kwd><kwd>правовая квалификация</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>objective side of crime</kwd><kwd>machine intelligence</kwd><kwd>algorithm</kwd><kwd>legal qualification</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Иванова П.
