<p>The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies has led to the emergence of newways of committing crimes, which poses serious challenges to the lawenforcement system. Crimes involving AI are characterized by a high degree of latency, the difficulty of detecting traces of criminal activity, and the need to usespecialized investigative methods. The article discusses the features of criminalistic tactics of using special knowledge in the production of forensic examinations in this category of cases. The research is based on the analysis of investigative practice, the study of foreign experience in countering cybercrime using AItechnologies. Ithasbeen established that traditional approaches to the appointment and production of examinations require significant modification in relation to crimes committed using AI. Specific problems have been identified: the complexity of interpreting machine learning algorithms, the need for interdisciplinary interaction between experts from various specialties, and the need for newmethods for investigating digital footprints. Tactical recommendations have been developed to optimize the investigator’s interaction with experts in the investigation of this category of crimes, and a system of criteria for selecting experts with the necessary competencies in the field of AItechnologies hasbeen proposed. The necessity of creating specialized expert units and developing unified methodological approaches to the investigation of crimes committed using AI is substantiated. The results of the study are of practical importance for improving forensic tactics and methods of investigating crimes in the field of high technology. Specific measures are proposed to integrate AItools into expert research procedures, including algorithms for automatic analysis of digital footprints, recognition systems for artificially generated content, and methods for detecting machine learning patterns in criminal activity. The study demonstrates the promise of creating hybrid expert systems that combine AIcapabilities with the professional expertise of forensic experts. The developed recommendations can be used in the preparation of regulatory legal acts regulating the use of AItechnologies in lawenforcement, aswell as in the creation of educational programs for advanced training of experts</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Специальные знания</kwd><kwd>судебная экспертиза</kwd><kwd>нейронные сети</kwd><kwd>социальная инженерия</kwd><kwd>синтетический контент</kwd><kwd>цифровые следы</kwd><kwd>цифровые преступления</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Specialized knowledge</kwd><kwd>forensic science</kwd><kwd>neural networks</kwd><kwd>social engineering</kwd><kwd>synthetic content</kwd><kwd>digital footprints</kwd><kwd>digital crimes</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Аминев Ф. В. 2022. № 4.
