Статья посвящена комплексному анализу конституционно-правовых основ управле нияобщественными организациями в Российской Федерации. Исследуются ключевые положения Конституции РФ, система федерального законодательства и правовые позиции Конституционного Суда РФ, определяющие правовой статус, принципы функционирования и процедуры управления об щественными объединениями. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам регистрации, внутреннего управ ления, государственного контроля, а также актуальным правовым режимам, включая статус организа ций, выполняющих функции иностранного агента. Анализируются современные изменения законода тельства, вступающие в силу в 2025–2026 годах, и формулируются направления совершенствования правового регулирования

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the constitutional and legal foundations for the governance of public organizations in the Russian Federation. Itexamines the keyprovisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the federal legislative system, and the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation that define the legal status, operating principles, and governance procedures of public associations. Particular attention is paid to issues of registration, internal governance, state control, and current legal regimes, including the status of organizations acting asforeign agents. Current legislative changes coming into force in 2025–2026 are analyzed, and areas for improving legal regulation are outlined
