В статье исследуется современное состояние и ключевые направления норматив ного регулирования устойчивого развития агропромышленного комплекса (АПК). Анализируется эволюция российской нормативно-правовой базы: от стратегических документов целеполагания до специализированных законов об органической и «зеленой» продукции, включая новейшие ГОСТы. Подробно рассматриваются международные подходы (Общая сельскохозяйственная политика ЕС, стандарты GLOBALG.A.P., GRI, FAOSAFA) и внедрение принципов ESG в российском агробизнесе. Выявлен системный характер нормативного регулирования, сочетающий целевые индикаторы, эконо мические стимулы и стандартизацию, а также определены ключевые перспективные направления со вершенствования правового регулирования АПК

This article examines the current state and keyareas of regulatory framework for sustain able development in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). Itanalyzes the evolution of the Russian regulatory framework, from strategic goal-setting documents to specialized laws on organic and “green” products, in cluding the latest GOST standards. International approaches (the EUCommon Agricultural Policy, GLOBALG.A.P., GRI, and FAOSAFA standards) and the implementation of ESGprinciples in Russian agri business are examined in detail. The systemic nature of regulatory frameworks, combining target indicators, economic incentives, and standardization, is revealed, and keypromising areas for improving legal regulation in the AIC are identified
