В статье речь идет о содержании термина «раскрытие преступлений». Единое пони мание сущности и содержания деятельности по раскрытию преступлений имеет не только теоретиче ское, но и большое практическое значение. Во многом это связано с четким определением круга субъ ектов, на которые возлагается названная задача, и установлением их компетенции, а также с совер шенствованием системы учета и оценки деятельности соответствующих правоохранительных органов

The article deals with the content of the term “crime detection”. A unified understanding of the essence and content of crime detection activities is notonly theoretical, butalso of great practical importance. This is largely due to the clear definition of the range of entities responsible for this task and the establishment of their competence, aswell as the improvement of the system for recording and evaluating the activities of relevant lawenforcement agencies

One of the indicators in the system for assessing the activities of internal affairs bodies is “detection and disclosure of crimes” (seeorder of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated December 31, 2013 No. 1040 “Issues of assessing the activities of territorial internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation”).

В качестве одного из показателей в системе оценки деятельности органов внутрен них делвыступает «выявление и раскрытие пре 229 ПРАВО и УПРАВЛЕНИЕ - № 1 - 2026 ступлений» (см. приказ МВДРоссии от 31 дека бря 2013 г. № 1040 «Вопросы оценки деятельно ститерриториальных органов внутренних дел РФ»).
