In the article, the authors examine the consequences of the reorganization of legal entities using the example of reorganization in the form of accession of healthcare institutions in the city of Moscow, in terms of the legal status of certain property objects and legal entities, aswell as the consequences of the reorganization of legal entities using the example of reorganization in the form of accession of healthcare institutions in the city of Moscow, in terms of the emergence of debts for the provision of utilities and operational services
