В исследовании анализируется специфика правового статуса военнослужащих, со вмещающего общегражданские права и служебные обязанности в условиях дисциплинарной иерар хии и цифровизации процедур гражданского оборота. Ключевое внимание уделено роли нотариата в защите интересов военнослужащих. Несмотря на значительный объем оказанной льготной помощи, сохраняются барьеры в доступе к нотариальным услугам. Для их устранения предлагается внедрение дистанционных технологий, видеосвязи и систем на базе блокчейна. В качестве практических меррекомендовано создание механизмов отмены доверенностей и регулирование статуса документов лиц, пропавших безвести. Автор делает вывод, что цифровая трансформация нотариата является необхо димым условием для обеспечения реальной защиты прав и законных интересов военнослужащих

The study analyzes the specifics of the legal status of military personnel, combining civil rights and official duties in the context of disciplinary hierarchy and digitalization of civil turnover procedures. The keyattention is paid to the role of the notary in protecting the interests of military personnel. Despite the significant amount of preferential assistance provided, barriers to access to notary services remain. To elimi nate them, it is proposed to introduce remote technologies, video communication and blockchain-based systems. Aspractical measures, it is recommended to create mechanisms for revoking powers of attorney and regulating the status of documents of missing persons. The author concludes that the digital transforma tion of the notary is a necessary condition for ensuring real protection of the rights and legitimate interests of military personnel
