Патрульно-постовая служба полиции (ППСП) занимает центральное место в системе обеспечения общественной безопасности, выполняя функции предупреждения и пресечения админи стративных правонарушений на улицах и в общественных местах. В административно-правовом аспек тедеятельность ППСП регулируется Федеральным законом «О полиции» № 3-ФЗ от 07.02.2011, Кодек сом об административных правонарушениях РФ (КоАП РФ) и приказами МВДРоссии. Статья анализи рует полномочия ППСП по ст. 27.2–27.5 КоАП РФ, включая задержание нарушителей, составление протоколов и обеспечение общественного порядка. Особое внимание уделяется роли службы в профилактике правонарушений, взаимодействию с другими органами и проблемам правоприменения в условиях урбанизации. Исследование подчеркивает необходимость совершенствования нормативной базы для повышения эффективности ППСП

The Police Patrol and Patrol Service (PPSP) occupies a central place in the public safety system, performing the functions of preventing and suppressing administrative offenses on the streets and in public places. In the administrative and legal aspect, the activities of the PSP are regulated by the Federal Law “On Police” No. 3-FZdated 02/07/2011, the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The article analyzes the powers of the CPSP under Articles 27.2–27.5 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, including the detention of violators, the preparation of protocols and ensuring public order. Special attention is paid to the role of the service in crime prevention, interaction with other authorities and lawenforcement issues in the context of urbanization. The study highlights the need to improve the regulatory framework to increase the effectiveness of PPMS
