В статье рассматривается уникальное психопатологическое состояние, условно обозначаемое как синдром «остановленного времени», формирующееся у лиц, отбывающих пожиз ненное лишение свободы. Его сущность заключается в экзистенциальном коллапсе восприятия временной перспективы, при котором категория будущего субъективно исчезает, а настоящее превраща ется в статичную, бесконечно протяженную линию. Проводится анализ глубинных механизмов этого феномена, включая когнитивно-эмоциональную блокаду проективной функции сознания и редукцию временной рефлексии. Особое внимание уделяется компенсаторным стратегиям психики, таким как патологическая ностальгия, конструирование фантазийных миров и сложные формы диссоциации, ко торые выполняют адаптивную, хотя и патологическую, функцию поддержания минимального психоло гического гомеостаза. Рассматриваются клинические проявления синдрома в структуре депрессив ных, тревожных и личностных расстройств, а также его влияние на поведенческие паттерны и терапев тический прогноз. Статья носит концептуальный характер, интегрируя клинико-психопатологический, экзистенциально-феноменологический и пенитенциарный подходы

The article examines a unique psychopathological condition, conditionally referred to as the «stopped time» syndrome, which develops in individuals serving life imprisonment. Itsessence lies in the existential collapse of the perception of time perspective, in which the category of the future subjectively disappears, and the present turns into a static, infinitely extended line. An analysis is made of the deep mechanisms of this phenomenon, including the cognitive-emotional blockade of the projective function of consciousness and the reduction of temporal reflection. Special attention is paid to compensatory strategies of the psyche, such aspathological nostalgia, the construction of fantasy worlds and complex forms of dissociation, which perform an adaptive, albeit pathological, function of maintaining minimal psychological homeostasis. The clinical manifestations of the syndrome in the structure of depressive, anxiety and personality disorders, aswell asitsinfluence on behavioral patterns and therapeutic prognosis, are considered. The article is conceptual in nature, integrating clinical-psychopathological, existential-phenomenological and penitentiary approaches
