This article examines the status of the webconference as an institution of procedural law, which includes rules governing the relationship between the court and persons applying for remote participation in court proceedings via an Internet connection. Using methods of comparison, analysis, concrete historical and other methods of scientific knowledge, the unequal status of online meetings in the post-pandemic period of the development of domestic procedural lawhasbeen established. As a result of the study, the inevitability of deepening the digitalization of public relations wasrecognized, creating prospects for further, more widespread use of the webconference in Russian courts. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that there are restrictions in domestic legislation that create an inequality between the ways of participating in court proceedings online and offline, which to a certain extent donotmeet the requirements of the time and hinder the implementation of procedural guarantees for persons interested in remote participation in court proceedings

Настоящая статья рассматривает статус веб-конференции как института процессу ального права, включающего в себя нормы, регулирующие отношения суда и лиц, ходатайствующих о дистанционном участии в судебном процессе посредством подключения к Интернету. С использовани емметодов сравнения, анализа, конкретно-исторического и иных методов научного познания установ леннеравный статус онлайн-заседания в постпандемийный период развития отечественного процес суального права. В результате исследования признана неизбежность углубления цифровизации обще ственных отношений, создающая перспективы для дальнейшего, более массового применения веб-конференции в российских судах. Автор статьи приходит к выводу о наличии в отечественном законодательстве ограничений, создающих неравенство между способами участия в судебном засе дании онлайн и оффлайн, которые в определённой степени не отвечают требованиям времени и препятствуют реализации процессуальных гарантий лиц, заинтересованных в дистанционном участии в судебном процессе
