В статье исследуется возможность внедрения в российское уголовное законода тельство института уголовной ответственности юридических лиц. Анализируется нормативная право ваябаза, исследуется научная литература, посвященная вопросам, связанным с данным институтом, а также практика его регулирования в различных государствах. Рассматриваются аргументы, выдвигае мые «за» или «против» введения указанного института. Актуальность темы обуславливается дискусси ями о возможности введения данного института в России и его закреплением и применением во многихстранах. По итогам исследования и сопоставления преимуществ и недостатков, аргументирована позиция о невозможности введения уголовной ответственности юридических лиц в российское уголовное право

This article explores the possibility of introducing the institution of criminal liability for legal entities into Russian criminal legislation. The article analyzes the regulatory legal framework.
