Целью исследования выбрана актуальная для современной России и деятельности уголовно-исполнительной системы сфера воздействия цифрового права на осужденных молодежного возраста. Данная область исследования представляет собой перспективную и динамично развиваю щуюся отрасль, которая оказывает глубокое влияние на формирование правосознания и правовой культуры молодежи с противоправным поведением. Для достижения указанной цели использовались диалектический метод познания, принципы всесторонности и историзма, а также общенаучные (ана лиз и синтез, индукция и дедукция, определение, классификация и сравнение, аналогия и обобщение) и частнонаучные (социологический, сравнительно-правовой, формально-юридический) методы логи ческого познания. Авторами статьи рассматривается цифровое право, как специфическая отрасль российского права, регулирующая отношения в информационной сфере и устанавливающая нормы правового поведения граждан в интернете и в обществе в целом. Сегодня молодежь - это не только самая активная часть интернет-пользователей, но и лица, которые наиболее часто совершают престу пления в цифровой среде и с использованием информационных технологий. Их система ценностей, взглядов и убеждений формируется в условиях цифровизации и информатизации, поэтому формиро вание правовой культуры и этики поведения в цифровой среде после совершения преступления требует отдельного внимания и проработки со стороны учреждений и органов УИС. Результаты проведен ного исследования можно внедрять в деятельность уголовно-исполнительных инспекций, исправи тельных центров и центров пробации. Мероприятия по формированию правовой культуры осужденных молодежного возраста с использованием цифровой среды и современных достижений в сфере информатизации и компьютеризации можно внедрять в практическую деятельность в сфере пробации. А именно - реализовывать их в рамках индивидуальной программы ресоциализации, социальной адап тации и социальной реабилитации (индивидуальной программы лиц, в отношении которых осущест вляется пробация)

The purpose of the study waschosen to be relevant for modern Russia and the activities of the penal system, the sphere of influence of digital law on convicts of youth age. This area of research is a promising and dynamically developing industry that has a deep impact on the formation of legal awareness and legal culture of young people with illegal behavior. To achieve this goal, the dialectical method of cognition, the principles of comprehensiveness and historicism, aswell asgeneral scientific (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, definition, classification and comparison, analogy and generalization) and private scientific (sociological, comparative legal, formal legal) methods of logical cognition were used. The authors of the article consider digital law as a specific branch of Russian lawthat regulates relations in the information sphere and establishes the norms of legal behavior of citizens on the Internet and in society as a whole. Today, young people are notonly the most active part of Internet users, butalso the persons whomost often commit crimes in the digital environment and using information technology. Their system of values, views and beliefs is formed in the context of digitalization and informatization, therefore, the formation of a legal culture and ethics of behavior in a digital environment after the commission of a crime requires special attention and study by institutions and bodies of the penal system. The results of the study can be implemented in the activities of penitentiary inspections, correctional centers and probation centers. Measures to form a legal culture of convicts of youth ageusing the digital environment and modern achievements in the field of informatization and computerization can be introduced into practical activities in the field of probation.
