В статье анализируется порядок представления результатов оперативно-розыскной деятельности органам предварительного расследования. Автор констатирует, что решение данного вопроса возможно только при оптимальном сочетании процессуальных и оперативно-розыскных мер, направленных на совершенствование гарантий безопасности негласных участников ОРД и правовых механизмов их реализации.

The article analyzes the procedure for presenting the results of operational investigative activities to the preliminary investigation bodies. The author states that this issue can be resolved only through an optimal combination of procedural and operational investigative measures aimed at improving the safety guarantees for covert participants in operational investigative activities and the legal mechanisms for their implementation.
