Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью пересмотра правовых механизмов регулирования ИИ в связи с трансформацией правовых категорий и возникновением новых рисков. В результате исследования выявлены ключевые проблемы правового регулирования ИИ, включая отсутствие унифицированной терминологии, нерешенность вопросов ответственности и безопасности. Проанализированы три основных подхода к регулированию: легалистский, технологический и комбинированный. Представлен обзор международных практик регулирования ИИ в ведущих странах мира.</p></abstract><abstract xml:lang="en" abstract-type="summary"><p>The paper addresses the challenges of legal regulation of artificial intelligence (AI) systems in the contempor mechanisms for AI governance in light of the transform risks. The study identifies key obstacles to effective legal regulation of AI, including the absence of a unified terminologic approaches are analysed: the legalistic, the technological, and the combined approach.
