Статья посвящена обоснованию общих принципов криминалистического обеспечения предупреждения преступлений, а также определению их значения для установления и устранения причинного комплекса преступления. Криминалистическое обеспечение предупреждения преступлений рассматривается как взаимосвязанная совокупность теоретических положений и основанных на них технических, тактических и методических криминалистических средств, приемов и рекомендаций, разрабатываемых и используемых для установления и устранения причинного комплекса конкретного преступления.

The article substantiates the general principles of forensic support for crime prevention and determines their significance for establishing and eliminating the causal complex of a crime. Forensic support for crime prevention is understood as an interrelated set of theoretical provisions and the technical, tactical and methodological forensic means, techniques and recommendations based on them, developed and used to establish and eliminate the causal complex of a particular crime. General principles are defined as provisions that perform a philosophical-methodological or general legal function for the theory being formed and whose scope extends beyond that theory. The article examines the principles of establishing material (objective) truth; of objectivity, comprehensiveness, completeness and concreteness; of determinism; and of morality (integrity). It is concluded that these principles form an interrelated system, that in criminalistics the task of crime prevention cannot be separated from proof, and that the general group of principles sets the limits for the further development of the particular and special levels of the theory.
